I’m Mayu Thava, a CA/CPA, a real estate investor, and a mortgage broker who believes mortgages should be treated like financial decisions, not transactions.
I built my business around one idea: Most people don’t need '“more mortgage products.” They need better strategy.
Before mortgages, I spent years working in accounting and finance. I saw how real estate, cash flow, taxes and debt structure all work together - or fall apart - depending on how well the financing is planned.
That background shapes the way I work today.
My Approach
